Greenlighted all student projects. Supervised Budgets, shoot schedules, FilmLA permits, insurance, releases, contracts, deal memos, SAG paperwork, and stunt documents.
Story and script consultant.
Responsible for Planning, Coordinating, and Supervising the logistics of all the off-site productions (Thesis film shoots, Universal Studios Backlot shoots, soundstage shoots and exterior camera tests and Final screenings); for more than 400 students per semester.
Ensured that students adhered to production guidelines and best work practices, and completed all paperwork. Guided students in the film production process.
Managed schedules of the department chairs, organized and scheduled faculty meetings and helped create the meeting agendas.
Scheduled final film screenings and coordinate with post-production regarding delivery schedules and formats.
Masters students thesis film advisor for Production Design – Guiding students with design concepts, design portfolios, drafting plans and layouts for sets, building budgets and breakdowns and planning the production.
